We met near the lake in the morning.
It is winter in San Martin de los Andes, southern Argentina.
I am passing through the town for a few days.
It is the same place I have visited since I was a child with my family, but this time it is different.
Majo brings mate and we make the session a nice moment, sharing, breaking the ice because we are both nervous.
Being behind the camera also makes us a bit shy, so between the two of us we relax and little by little we build this narrative thread that makes up the story we make together. I'm shooting, she's posing.
Meeting women to photograph them is something that has always allowed me to share and open up from my vulnerability, and at the same time, to open up a space in which to share that emotion of nervousness and shyness to break, with another.
